SW-HSB series

( SW-HSB series High-Speed Injection Molding Machine )

SW-HSB series high speed injection molding machine is designed in terms of thin finished articles requiring high injection speed in cycle. The injection unit of HSB series installs pressure accumulator to provide additional hydraulic oil into injection cylinders while processing in high speed. Equipping servo proportional valves to increase stabilization of high speed injection, as well as upgrade quality and accuracy of thin finished products. The features of HSB series are as follows.

Clamping Unit

  • Tie bars are nitriding and thermal refining to perform high rigidity, better wear resistance and equal distribution of clamping force.
  • Equipping a five-point high speed toggle mechanism for ensuring fast mold clamping, extending clamping stroke, stabilizing movement of clamping mechanism and increasing forming rate of finished articles.
  • High speed toggle mechanism is used with differential hydraulic circuit for accelerating forming speed and saving power.
  • Low-pressure clamping device is equipped to protect mold.
  • Hydraulic and electric safety devices are used for securing operators’ personal safety.
  • Clamping stroke is precisely controlled by linear transducer to assure high accuracy of position.
  • Integrated hydraulic circuit is to reduce oil temperature and loss effectively.
  • Automatic mold height adjustment system.

Injection Unit

  • Usage of double hydraulic cylinder aims for achieving better effect of mold adjustment, avoiding material leakage due to high speed or high pressure injection and shortening injection stroke.
  • Usage of servo proportional flow valve is to ensure circuit stabilization under high speed injection.
  • Pressure accumulator is equipped with high-speed injection circuit.
  • Multi-stage settings of injection speed, pressure and position for different kinds of delicate articles.
  • Screw and barrel set are nitrified to strengthen wear resistance.
  • Injection and screwing strokes are precisely controlled by linear transducer to ensure high accuracy of position.
