Different from rotary platen design of two colors injection machinery, SW-BS series Two-Color Plastic Injection Molding Machine uses two individual barrel sets with dual independent hydraulic and pressure systems to supply raw materials separately. Meanwhile, both materials of different colors are gathered in the special-designed barrel head, which is installed at front end of two barrel sets and able to produce several color applications such as mix, layered and stripes. SW-BS series could satisfy different color settings for single mold requesting by customer.
