BMC (Bulk Molding Compounds) is a kind of thermosetting material. SW-BMC series BMC-Specific injection molding machine is designed in accordance with the characteristics of heat-resistant, acid-proof, high mechanical strength and electrical insulated. The vertical material supply device is installed on injection unit to fill BMC material effectively and steadily. The check ring of screw set is special-designed to avoid any fractures of glass fiber to BMC material, achieve accuracy of injection volume and stabilize pressure of injection unit. In addition, both steel and bakelite plates are installed on clamping platen to prevent high temperature generating from injection mold to machine platen.
