(SW-BB series) Thermosetting Injection Molding Machine

SW-BB series thermosetting injection molding machine specializes for production of Bakelite and Urea thermosetting materials. The clamping unit is equipping a high speed toggle mechanism to accelerate movement of mold opening/closing. Meanwhile, both steel and bakelite plates are installed on clamping side of platen for avoiding high temperature generating from injection mold to machine platen. The air-breathing function is able to completely release air inside injection mold and increase forming rate.

For injection unit, material temperature of barrel set is well controlled by three ways: Electric-heating, Water-cooling and Oil-retaining, as well as oil temperature controller used at front end in order to performance best forming temperature and article quality.
