Company Profile     SHINE WELL PROFILE SHINE WELL MACHINERY CO., LTD. was established in 1980. As a start-up company, our goal is to create new design machinery in local market. As a consequence, SHINE WELL abandoned traditional boat-shaped and cannon-shaped designs of injection unit and introduced the latest design of double injection cylinders to our machine. It had been followed by other competitors later as main mechanism in Taiwan. SHINE WELL therefore built a good reputation in Taiwanese plastic industry. In SHINE WELL, we are proud of our experienced and skilled mechanists of injection moulders and electronic control system. They have abundant know-how in machinery design, processing, assembly, operation and troubleshooting. Meanwhile, all these procedures have been standardized by ISO-9001:2000 for purpose of manufacturing best quality injection molding machine. Over a 25-year business operation, SW brand is absolutely reliable to our customers. SW product has always been processed long-run and complicated machinery tests to control excellent mechanical functions and injection terms, as well as to ensure best performance in client side. In addition, SHINE WELL provides our clients the best after-sales services and maintenance. Any mechanical problems occurring from customers, our staff will be there at first moment. History     1980 Established in Tainan City, Taiwan. 1982 SW-AT series plastic injection molding machine and original SW-BB series bakelite injection molding machine were introduced with double injection cylinders design. 1991 Depending on a decade manufacturing experience and technology in plastic field, SHINE WELL's products were appraised by Academia Sinica and rewarded "Golden Dragon Award" at the activity of 3rd ROC Precision Machinery. 1993 With a stable development at local market, SHINE WELL started to expand global markets by exhibiting plastic fairs in several Asian countries. 1996 Developed SW-BMC series BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) injection molding machine specially used by automobile and electric component industries. 1997 Constantly upgrading machinery quality and R&D ability, as well as presented SW-B series plastic injection molding machine with high speed toggle mechanism. 1998 Rewarded CE Marking certification to correspond European security standard. 1999 Built and entered several Asian potential markets such as China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Russia and Philippines, etc. 2000 Introduced SW-BS series two-color plastic injection molding machine, clamping force from 120 tons to 300 tons for enlarging our product line. 2001 Exported machines to African countries like Algeria, South Africa, and Sudan, etc. 2003 Approved by ISO-9001:2000 quality certification to further guarantee highest standard of manufacturing processes. 2004 Strengthened our manufacturing capability of large clamping force machinery and successfully developed SW-MB series automatic multiple cylinders injection molding machine, clamping forces from 400 tons to 2300 tons. 2005 Progressed to the countries of Middle East and successful received orders from Saudi Arabia and Syria. 2006 Developed other two nations of BRICs - Brazil and India and market of South American such as Peru, Colombia and Venezuela. 2007 New series of plastic injection molding machine is developing and will present sooner.
